A hands-on CFO opportunity in a fast-growing company
As CFO, you will oversee the current Finance & Accounting department, consisting of Finance Assistants. Moreover, you will be responsible for financial planning and controlling for the entire Group (Hove in Denmark, India, Brazil, USA, and Turkey), including forecasting, scenario planning, financial analyses, and financial reporting to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. You will be a central part of Hove's management team and play a vital part in supporting the CEO, Hans Christian Hansen, and the management team by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the implementation of the overall strategy. Additionally, you will oversee financial reporting including the annual report and submissions to Group consolidation. Your expertise will extend to treasury, e.g., bank relationships, interest/FX/cash management, and intercompany transactions. Tax-related tasks such as tax structuring, transfer pricing, management fees, and insurance management will also fall within your purview. You are expected to apply robust business acumen to elevate financial precision in business discussions, contributing significantly to growth and cost synergies through your financial analysis and expertise. Your responsibilities encompass safeguarding governance and ensuring full compliance with legal and statutory regulations. As Hove's new CFO, you will be responsible for handling minor tasks related to ESG, Human Resource Management, and Investor Relations. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis efforts to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

You are a financial leader with global experience from a listed company
For this role, we expect you to hold a relevant academic degree in subjects such as Finance and Accounting. Additionally, your qualifications should include prior experience from a position within finance & accounting, in which you have successfully filled a leadership role in an international context. Your background should also include hands-on experience from an industrial B2B company, including manufacturing. Moreover, you are used to working with the reporting principles of a listed company.

Personally, you are resilient, structured, result-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, and you work to the highest ethics and integrity. Your expertise extends to a profound knowledge and understanding of both strategic and operational financial activities. You are also expected to be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken. Finally, a strong service orientation, both internally and externally, coupled with a hands-on mentality, will be key to your success in this role.
