Job Description

We are seeking a MEP Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience. Role within the project: to lead project management commissions from a MEP perspective, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery. To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • Ensure that quality, safety, health and environment issues are identified and addressed.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Advise upon the procurement of resources and manage the change control process.
  • Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team and coordinate with the client and other consultants.
  • Monitor and advise upon project finances and manage the flow of project information.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
  • Manage and coordinate the MEP design, installation and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy desirable.
  • 7 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • MEP engineering qualification and/or background.
  • Experience of working on data center projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
