PM Group has an opportunity for an MEP Project Manager / Project Engineer for our leading client based near Odense, Denmark. The successful candidate will have suitable experience in the Data Center Industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full project scope in place, including all stakeholders through to project completion.
  2. Work with Site Managers and advise them on all M&E aspects of the project.
  3. Work closely with the M&E Design Coordinators and Consultant Design Teams and deal with technical queries.
  4. Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions and resource.
  5. Manage the projects, providing guidance and direction.
  6. Ensure appropriate communication and coordination of the project resources.
  7. Run regular project team meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and closed out.
  8. Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood and delivered on.
  9. Identify issues and ensure they are resolved in a controlled and timely manner.
  10. Set out project milestones and ensure they are achieved, on time and within budget.
  11. Work collaboratively with the site administration team to ensure subcontractors have up to date information on the project.
  12. Monitor M&E site progress.

Qualifications

  1. 5 - 8 years relevant experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer.
  2. Relevant Degree / Masters’ or equivalent.
  3. Experience in project engineering in mission critical / data center / fit out environments.
  4. Self-motivated and works off own initiative.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  6. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  7. Strong communication skills.
  8. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to organise.
  9. Proven experience in managing MEP Projects / Project Engineer.
