Do you appreciate translating business needs into clear, actionable solution designs? Are you a trusted sparring partner for your colleagues? Do you have an interest in developing Scrum Master capabilities? If so, join our innovative team at GN, where you will assist in implementing our new Salesforce order management solution.

You will join a global team of 20+ colleagues responsible for the commercial platforms in GN Hearing. The team is located in Poland and Denmark. We are in the middle of a strategic program to replace our existing ERP solution. We need you to assist us ensuring that we deliver a coherent solution that efficiently creates business value.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  1. Act as Business Analyst (BA): Support POs in identifying and documenting business requirements
  2. Collaborate with the scrum team to translate requirements into solution designs
  3. Facilitate clear goals and refine features and user stories
  4. Provide guidance to developers and testers
  1. Act as Lead Business Analyst: Provide sparring to other BAs and ensure clarity on priorities and responsibilities
  2. Support the PO in the early refinement of features
  1. Prepare presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating project progress and objectives. Report progress, risks, and other updates to the Delivery Manager
  2. Act as scrum master: Support the team in Agile practices, conduct Scrum ceremonies and facilitate continuous improvement

To fulfill the requirements of the role, we imagine that you have:

  1. Solid experience as a business analyst / functional consultant, with an ability to gather and document requirements
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders
  3. Ability to prepare concise, professional presentations to share project insights and value
  4. Interest in providing coaching and sparring to the scrum team
  5. Interest in developing Scrum Master skills and familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as SAFe, Scrum and Azure DevOps
  6. Salesforce experience or certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst etc.) are beneficial
  7. Familiarity with order management processes and the hearing care industry is beneficial
  8. Bring a good work ethic that encourages collaboration and enhances team growth
