To succeed in the role, we imagine that your responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting and IFRS- Ensure Statutory Reporting processes and systems to deliver consistent, accurate and timely financial information to enable efficient fact-based decision making.
- Responsible for monthly financial and quarterly and full year statutory reports for the Group, and detailed review of all team deliverables.
- Prepare technical accounting supporting memos.
- Ensure the development and improvement of accounting processes, controls, and systems.
- Primary contact for external auditors in delivery of corporate requirements and day-to-day audit deliverable management.
- Improve and further develop the Controlling processes.
- Participate in the group closing process and understand the flow from entity reporting to consolidated reporting.
- Ensure cross-Group controlling and analysis of specific accounting areas is completed by the team members.
- Lead/participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives to ensure financial standards.

Moreover, you have an eye for quality, and you:
- Hold a master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration & auditing, finance, accounting or similar.
- Have several years of experience, preferably from an international auditing firm or from a large international company.
- Demonstrate competence in IT systems and applications and have experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, Oracle, or SAP BPC.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Can be self-driven and execute on own tasks including managing stakeholders.
- Are willing to travel a few times annually to visit our foreign subsidiaries.
