About the role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Technical Analyst to assist in a large project hiring. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the replacement of a long-standing foreign exchange and currency system. This project involves overseeing the integration of a new system with existing workflows and ensuring seamless operation across various components. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including business users and developers, to define system requirements and manage integration processes. You will also leverage your technical knowledge and understanding of system behavior to facilitate effective integration and achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the test team to develop and execute test cases, ensuring that all system components function correctly and meet project specifications. You will be instrumental in monitoring project progress, addressing any issues or delays, and maintaining alignment with strict deadlines.

Work tasks
Some of the work tasks in this role are the following:

  • Define and Document Requirements: Gather and document detailed system requirements from business users and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and integration needs.
  • Oversee System Integration: Coordinate the integration of new systems with existing workflows, manage the technical aspects of system interfaces, and ensure smooth data and process transitions.
  • Manage Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external developers, and business users to address issues, provide updates, and ensure that all parties are aligned on project objectives.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones, manage timelines, and address any delays or issues that arise, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and meets its deadlines.

We are looking for

  • Someone with experience from a similar role.
  • Someone with system integration knowledge: Understanding of how systems integrate with each other, including basic technical knowledge of data formats and system interfaces.
  • Someone with experience with project management or coordination: Previous experience in managing or participating in large-scale projects, including coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and working with diverse teams.
  • Someone who is fluent in English both in writing and verbally.
  • Someone who is able to start ASAP and is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with a solid grasp of how to use these tools for data analysis and system reporting.
