Job Description:

We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to our team. The role involves handling administrative tasks, such as conducting online research, coordinating projects, and monitoring contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting online research and gathering information
  2. Coordinating projects and ensuring timely completion
  3. Handling administrative tasks with a high level of independence
  4. Monitoring and maintaining contracts
  5. Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
  6. Providing assistance with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration, communication, or finance. Previous experience in a relevant field is essential, along with good knowledge of environmental issues. You should have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with databases is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  1. Start date: As soon as possible
  2. Duration: 20th of December 2024, with a possibility of extension
  3. Salary: 172.61 kr. pr. hour / 23.2 EURO pr. hour
  4. Location: Copenhagen
  5. Working hours: 37 per week
  6. Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
