Job Title: Administrative Assistant – interim position
Department: Legal Services, Procurement, and Logistics Group
About the Position:
On behalf of EEA, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support of administrative, financial, and communicative nature. The role will involve handling a variety of tasks with a certain degree of independence.
Main Tasks:
- Conducting online information searches
- Coordinating projects
- Handling administrative tasks with a degree of autonomy
- Monitoring contracts
- Filing, scanning, archiving, and photocopying documents
- Assisting with other tasks of a similar nature and level of responsibility
The profile we are looking for:
- You have successfully completed an advanced level of secondary education, preferably in administration, communication, or finance.
- You have experience from a relevant field, and good knowledge of environmental issues.
- You have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with databases is an advantage.
- You have good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in other official EU languages would be an asset.
The practical details:
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 20th of December 2024, with a possibility of extension
- Salary: 172,61 kr. pr. hour / 23,2 EURO pr. hour
- Location: Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen
- Working hours: 37 per week
- Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
