Vi søger en Remarketing Solutions Manager til en nyoprettet stilling i vores kommercielle team i Danmark. Stillingen kan være baseret på vores hovedkontor i Vejle eller vores mindre kontor i København, og der kan forventes en del rejseaktivitet på Sjælland.

Om rollen

Som vores nye Remarketing Solutions Manager vil du være med til at etablere AutoProff på flådemarkedet i Danmark. Du vil bygge og forme, lede og drive salg til flådemarkedet samt store bilgruppekoncerner i Danmark

Du vil arbejde med vores nøglekunder inden for segmenterne store bilforhandlergrupper, finansierings- og leasingselskaber, forsikringsvirksomhed og udlejningsselskaber, samt forstå behovet hos de kunder vi endnu ikke har et strategisk samarbejde med.

Primære opgaver- og ansvar

  • Forstå værdikæden hos kunder, forstå deres krav, og designe samt implementere strategiske planer for at nå salgs mål.
  • Udvikle og implementere en stærk salgsproces fra prospektering til løsningsopbygning og eksekvering af alt fra kommunikation til implementering, samt bearbejde data udtræk fra vores BI-værktøjer og omsætte disse til klare budskaber i dialogen med kunder og partnere. I den forbindelse forventer vi, at du er superbruger i MS-Office værktøjer som Excel og PowerPoint.
  • Udnytte CRM-data, LinkedIn og netværk til at konstruere, forudsige og administrere salgsaktivitet og drive pipeline for at opfylde omsætningsmål og virksomhedsmål.
  • Samarbejde med interne produktteams og dele kundernes feedback for at hjælpe med at forme fremtidig udvikling.
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde stærke langvarige kunderelationer.
  • Sikre administrative processer, arbejdsinstruktioner, regler og forskrifter er dokumenteret, gennemgået og kvalitetssikret for at sikre et højt kvalitetsniveau i vores udførte ydelser.
  • Indgå som sparringspartner i udvikling og tilpasning af vores remarketingplatform sammen med vores produkt og tech team.

Vi ser gerne, at du har

  • Dybdegående viden samt stærk erfaring med at arbejde med remarketing.
  • Erfaring med indgående kendskab til bilprocesser og dynamikker fra fleet/leasing segmentet samt forståelse for defleet processer.
  • Stor evne til at samarbejde med kunder, og etablere og opbygge langvarige og tillidsfulde relationer.
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner og flydende i engelsk såvel som dansk.
  • Erfaring med at arbejde med Excel rapporter samt PowerPoint præsentationer.
  • Erfaring i at arbejde med og præsenterer data.
  • Et digitalt mindset med god teknisk forståelse for hvordan platforme og digitale løsninger fungerer.

Det er en fordel hvis du også har

  • Erfaring med B2B/Enterprise løsning og/eller softwaresalg med vægt på SaaS salg.
  • Kendskab til CRM-systemer (gerne HubSpot).
