Join our team as a Sales Manager, Large Customers, Retrofit & Upgrade and play a pivotal role in advancing the decarbonization efforts within the shipping industry. As part of the Retrofit & Upgrade department at MAN PrimeServ, you'll be at the forefront of driving engine technologies and lowering operational costs for some of the world's largest shipping companies.
Your mission? To ensure that these major players understand how MAN Energy Solutions’ retrofit offerings can propel them toward their sustainability goals.
You will play an important role in:
- Forming and supporting the retrofit decarbonization strategy for major shipping companies.
- Raising awareness of MAN Energy Solutions' retrofit solutions and their impact on achieving sustainability goals.
- Coordination and creation of strategies with our local sales managers.
- Ensuring handover of sold projects to the Project Managers.
- Participation in exhibitions and seminars.
- Introducing new innovative solutions to major shipping companies.
- Participation in planning of global sales strategies.
We imagine that you:
- Have extensive sales experience, ideally within the marine or shipping industry.
- Possess a strong technical background (e.g., Marine engineer, mechanical engineer).
- Are proactive, self-driven, and quality-oriented.
- Excel in networking and can interface effectively across all levels.
- Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
