Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with financial processes, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as well as ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of the rolling forecasting model to support future growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Finance department to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information fostering trust within the Lenus organisation.
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports with executive summaries for all relevant department heads, the executive leadership team and investors.
  • Engage in recurring meetings with stakeholders to provide valuable business insights and recommendations based on skilful financial analysis.
  • Proactively drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Management Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or a different Financial- or Business-oriented role.
  • Experience working with financial modelling principles, budgeting, and forecasting practices.
  • Experience working with month-end closing processes and deadline management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau, as well as Netsuite (or other ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
