Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Lead and schedule employee shifts and assign duties.
  2. Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
  3. Know the best practices and be a role model in responsible areas.
  4. Train and coach new employees.
  5. Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
  6. Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
  7. Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
  8. Address customer and employee complaints.
  9. Resolve conflicts between workers.
  10. Help to improve and maintain a positive work environment.
  11. Provide feedback to the management team.
  12. Support/manage store opening/closing process.
  13. Support Store Management in implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results.
  14. Monitor the flow of all shipments and ensure prompt follow-up with any discrepancies.
  15. Ensure BOH area is clean and organized to ensure a smooth transition between seasons and BIN organization.
  16. Compliance with tagging strategy.
  17. Secure safety standards in BOH.
  18. Perform box counts, validate against bills of lading (ASN), ensuring discrepancies, shortages, or damages are reported immediately.
  19. Consistently control and ensure PRE standards within BOH team, tracking the effectiveness of the delivery process and planning implementation of action plans when necessary.
  20. Use Refill scorecard to improve speed of BOH team.
  21. Manage implementation and closing of Markdown/Promotion in a timely manner.
  22. Assist sales floor with product placement & stock replenishment.
  23. Use correct Reason Codes, control, and complete mis-mates within P&P guidelines, following correct transfer and RTV procedures.
  24. Check PIV Report, manage negatives, and implement negatives reduction plan.
  25. Support the Visual Merchandising team in preparing merchandise for placement on the sales floor.
  26. Delegate and supervise tasks in the BOH/store team.
  27. Ensure all company policies & procedures are followed.
  28. Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
  29. Responsible for all operations for loss prevention in the back of house.
  30. Monitor the supply of necessary tools.
  31. Monitor halted products and premiered dates.
