Maskinfabrikken Silkeborg Spåntagning A/S (MSSP) er en underleverandørvirksomhed funderet i moderne CNC-bearbejdning. MSSP har hovedkvarter i Danmark, herunder produktion, samt produktion i Letland. Virksomheden beskæftiger 125 medarbejdere fordelt med ca. 30 i Danmark og 95 i Letland.

Group Sales Manager

Udvikling og eksekvering af salgsstrategier
MSSP A/S gennemgår en kontrolleret turnaround med fokus på at styrke virksomheden fremadrettet, herunder en målsætning om at styrke salget. Som Group Sales Manager vil dine ansvarsområder omfatte salg og salgsudvikling i MSSP samt den direkte ledelse af et mindre salgsteam bestående af to sælgere og en koordinator. Du vil have medansvar for virksomhedens samlede udvikling, herunder omsætning og indtjening. Du vil referere direkte til CEO og være en del af topledelsen.

I denne rolle vil du udvikle og eksekvere salgsstrategier og handlingsplaner, der forbedrer samspillet med eksisterende kunder og samtidig tiltrækker nye kunder. Dette inkluderer at være proaktiv i forhold til markedsmuligheder hos både eksisterende og nye kunder, primært i Danmark og Letland med en fremtidig udvikling i Norden. Du skal derudover styrke fokus på systemløsninger, der kan øge kundernes oplevede værdi. Dine ledelsesmæssige opgaver inkluderer, udover den direkte ledelse, indirekte ledelse af resten af organisationen i forbindelse med nødvendige forandringer drevet af markedets efterspørgsel og virksomhedens ambitioner. Der vil være et tæt samarbejde med CEO, ledergruppen og bestyrelsen.

På det operationelle plan vil du arbejde med strategisk og værdibaseret salg, herunder udvikling af værditilbud. Du vil deltage i møder med kunder, leverandører og samarbejdspartnere samt være aktiv i større tilbuds- og udbudsrunder. Opsøgende salg til mellemstore industrielle kunder i Danmark, Letland, Skandinavien og Nordeuropa vil også være en del af din rolle. Du vil samarbejde tæt med virksomhedens produkt- og produktionstekniske afdelinger for at sikre gode løsninger for både kunderne og MSSP. For at få succes i rollen kræver det tiltrækning af kunder og ordrer, som øger virksomhedens omsætning og indtjening. Det indebærer også at bidrage til virksomhedens udvikling og øge konkurrencedygtigheden.

Dygtig købmand med gode forhandlingsevner
Du har erfaring fra en lignende rolle, helst fra underleverandør-segmentet. Derudover har du væsentlig erfaring med teknisk og værdibaseret salg, og det vil være en fordel, hvis det er inden for systemsalg/løsningssalg. Erfaring med salg til mellemstore industrivirksomheder og større koncerner er afgørende, og det er en klar fordel, hvis du har arbejdet i en ejerledet virksomhed. Du har en videregående kommerciel uddannelse eller teknisk uddannelse med kommerciel overbygning. Du taler/skriver engelsk på forhandlingsniveau.

Som person er du initiativrig, går forrest og viser vejen. Du er i høj grad en kulturbærer, der både kan lede og udføre. Du har gode kommunikationsevner og en naturlig gennemslagskraft, der skaber troværdighed og transparens. Derudover er du naturligvis en dygtig og forhandlingsstærk købmand, der gennem en analytisk og struktureret arbejdsform har detaljefokus i forretningen. En god forretningsforståelse, teknisk viden og stærke kompetencer inden for tal og regnskab er ligeledes væsentligt.

Du tilbydes en nøglerolle i virksomheden og en stilling med et spændende udviklingspotentiale med både et nationalt og internationalt perspektiv. Det forventes, at du har bopæl i kørselsafstand til Silkeborg, som vil være dit primære arbejdssted. Vilkår forhandles på et konkurrencedygtigt niveau.
