Dantrafo A/S er moderselskab for Dantrafo Group, der siden etableringen i 1979 har udviklet sig til en af Nordeuropas førende producenter af transformere og induktive komponenter. Gruppen beskæftiger ca. 200 medarbejdere med hovedkontor i Lemvig.

Dantrafo startede i 2004 et 100% ejet datterselskab i Suzhou i Kina, hvor 100 medarbejdere producerer et bredt sortiment af transformere og induktive komponenter til kunder i hele verdenen. Der er en mindre, men højt specialiseret produktion i Åmål i Sverige.

Resultatorienteret salgsleder og teknisk rådgiver
Som Sales Manager får du en unik mulighed for at overtage det salgsmæssige ansvar. Du vil udvikle strategiske salgsplaner i samarbejde med virksomhedens ledelse, og din tekniske rådgivning til kunderne vil være afgørende for at levere skræddersyede løsninger. Med fokus på styring af salgsporteføljen, markedsføring og proaktivt samarbejde er du med til at forme Dantrafos fremtid og skabe resultater.

Dine nøgleansvarsområder er blandt andet:

  • Teknisk rådgivning til kunder ifm. udvikling af skræddersyede løsninger
  • Tilbudsgivning og kundeaftaler, herunder sikre økonomi og tidsplan
  • Datahåndtering og styring af salgsaktivitetsplaner
  • Tværorganisatorisk samarbejde med R&D
  • Formidling af markedsinput til udviklingsafdelingen

Du refererer til den administrerende direktør og vil have stor indflydelse på virksomhedens strategiske beslutninger.

Ambitiøs med teknisk flair og kommerciel erfaring
Du kan have en teknisk uddannelse som svag- eller stærkstrømsingeniør eller lignende, kombineret med kommerciel flair. Alternativt kan du have en kommerciel uddannelse som HD eller lignende og samtidig have solid teknisk indsigt.

Du har solid erfaring med salgsledelse, herunder udarbejdelse af planer og opfølgning. Din stærke kundehåndtering, kommunikation og relationer er afgørende, og du har erfaring med prissætning og kalkulationsopdatering. Forståelse for kontraktuelle forhold og gerne erfaring med CRM-implementering i ERP-system er en fordel.

Du er en resultatorienteret, analytisk og ambitiøs person, der kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig samarbejde på tværs af organisationen. Din nysgerrighed og tekniske interesse inden for segmentet er vigtig.

Du bliver en del af en international organisation med smidige og effektive beslutningsgange uden unødvendigt bureaukrati.
