Test- og verifikationsafdelingen i Vestas Wind Systems A/S er en vigtig partner for at sikre høj kvalitet i verifikations- og valideringsaktiviteterne af nye mølleprodukter, moduler og systemer.
For at optimere testkvaliteten bringer vi feltforhold ind i vores testcenter for at eksponere vores moduler og systemer gennem funktions-, ydeevne- og pålidelighedstests. Vores test- og verifikationsafdeling stræber altid efter at være førende på markedet for verifikations- og valideringsaktiviteter indenfor test af turbine, moduler, og systemer. Vores anlæg omfatter komplekse testbænke som har mulighed for at teste moduler eller systemer som en del af turbinen op til MW.
Vi er et team, der består af test ingeniører og test teknikere, der har høj fokus på samarbejde og udvikling. Teamet er ansvarligt for at planlægge, gennemføre, verificere og fejlfinde på generator-, converter- og nacelle testaktiviteter. Du vil få en vigtig rolle i at understøtte og udføre testene på nogle af de største testbænke i verden.

Ansvarsområder
Lead Test supervisors ansvar omfatter:

Sikker og kvalitetsbevidst drift:

Sikkerhed; inkl. Risikovurderinger, Toolbox Talks, og LOTO Definere krav til værktøj og udstyr til drift af testbænke Service, vedligeholdelse og kalibreringsplanlægning af testbænk og tilhørende udstyr

Test, verifikation og validering (projektarbejde):

Installation, Commissioning og testudførelse på vores nacelle testbænke Oprettelse af testrapport, problemrapport og inspektionsrapporter Kompleks fejlfinding af testbænkens hoved- og delsystemers funktionalitet

Kvalifikationer

Du har en baggrund som, mekaniker, elektriker, elektromekaniker, automationstekniker, maskinmester eller lign Solid teknisk forståelse og erfaring på mindst 3-5 år indenfor teknisk drift og fejlfinding 2-4 års erfaring i en rolle som Vindmølle servicetekniker eller indenfor teknisk drift og fejlfinding er en fordel Teknisk engelsk på et godt niveau

Kompetencer
Der forventes kendskab til styring og drift af komplekse systemer.

Fejlfinding på 1. niveau ved forståelse af testbænkens hoved- og delsystemers funktionalitet Fejlfinding af måleudstyr og datalogning - og indsamling Gennemførelse af procedurer og retningslinjer Særligt ansvar på et specialiseret område, hvor der kræves højere faglige kompetencer Lede og deltage i testforberedelsen på testbænken Rapportering af udførelse som en del af testrapporten og afstemningsmøder med projekter på ugentlig basis
