Bliv klædt på til rollen som Agile Coach

Du lærer de meget konkrete værktøjer til Agile og Scrum, samt de ledelsesmæssige og kulturelle discipliner, du skal kunne som Agile Coach. Du lærer om de udfordringer, der er med Agile og Scrum, og hvad du kan gøre ved dem.

Du får fasttømret alle de grundlæggende færdigheder, herunder færdigheder indenfor coaching, facilitering og undervisning. Og du lærer om Agile ledelse, Product Owner og Scrum Master rollen på højt niveau. Endelig, og ikke mindst, lærer du om din rolle og adfærd som Agile Coach og mentor.

Agile Coach uddannelsen henvender sig til

Både private og offentlige ledere, specialister, konsulenter, udviklere og nøglemedarbejdere, der ønsker at arbejde som agile coach og/eller Scrum coach i bred forstand.

Deltagerprofil | Forudsætninger

Agile Coach Uddannelsen henvender sig til nøglemedarbejdere, specialister, coaches og ledere, der skal hjælpe virksomheden med Scrum og Agile, og som ønsker et “kan selv - hands-on” kursus der sætter dig i stand til at udføre Scrum og Agile aktiviteter med alt hvad dertil hører.

Der er ingen forudsætninger for at deltage i denne Agile Coach uddannelse, men det er en fordel, hvis du allerede har lidt kendskab eller erfaringer med Scrum eller Agile. Har du allerede en Scrum Master I, en Scrum Master II, eller en Agil Projektledelse-certificering, kan du få merit herfor. Kontakt akademiet for nærmere oplysninger.

Certificering er inkluderet

Certificeringsprogram er indeholdt i dit kursushonorar. Du modtager altid diplom på at du har deltaget på dit kursus, og har du ikke tid til, eller motivation for Agile Coach certificering er dette fint med os.

Underviserne

Akademiets undervisere er håndplukket blandt Danmarks ypperligste eksperter. De er certificerede og uddannet i USA. De har mange års praktisk erfaring med Scrum og Agile.

Modul rækkefølge | Udskyde datoer

Du kan altid fremrykke eller udskyde et eller flere kursusmoduler før eller under dit kursusforløb. Du kan udskyde moduler i op til 2 år. På denne måde kan du bestemme varigheden af din uddannelse. Modulerne kører jævnligt i både Aarhus og København.

Konsulenthjælp

Har du behov for hjælp til større opgaver, så tilbyder akademiet konsulenthjælp og assistance. Konsulenthjælp tilbydes primært som supplement til akademiets uddannelser efter princippet “hjælp til selvhjælp”.
