How to contribute to our vision
- Develop and expand operational competencies in the team, ensuring capabilities and skills match future requirements.
- Responsible for the teams’ deliveries, secure collaboration with multiple sub-suppliers, and solution providers.
- Focus on collaboration in the team and with other teams, ensuring individuals' wellbeing and fostering a strong team culture.
- Close collaboration with strategic sub-suppliers to enable them to build prototypes and implement developed products.
- Actively participate in collaboration with other managers in the electrical module and across other technology organization modules.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
- A candidate with 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams.
- A degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- Experience working with multiple cultures and agile methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge within the low voltage area is beneficial.
- Solid technical understanding with good analytical skills.
- Experience within design of low voltage systems and general system knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to motivate the team and secure progress and understanding.
- Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
