Hos Novicell er vi på jagt efter en senior UX designer til vores kontor i Aarhus. Du kommer til at arbejde i vores Experience team, hvor vi arbejder med forretningsanalyse, strategisk design, UX, UI-design og konverteringsoptimering.

Du skal have et kreativt mindset og et metodeapparat til at analysere problemstillinger og definere og eksekvere digitale løsninger. Du kommer til at spille en fremtrædende rolle på både store danske og internationale kunder, så derfor lægger vi vægt på, at du har erfaring og trives med at tage ansvar. Derudover er din nysgerrighed og dit engagement afgørende.

Kan du sætte flueben ved følgende:
  • Minimum 5 års erfaring, gerne fra bureauverdenen.
  • Ekspert i UX research, både kvalitativt og kvantitativt samt brugertests.
  • Forståelse for design thinking, design processer, og metoder.
  • Stærk i eksekvering af UX-metoder og output, for eksempel: informationsarkitektur, user flows, wireframes og prototyper.
  • Erfaring med at lede kunder og processer og trives med ansvar.
  • Kompetencer indenfor sketching, wireframing og prototyping med værktøjer som Figma og Adobe-suiten.
  • Du kan lide at tale med mennesker, facilitere workshops og kundemøder.
