Ageras is a leading international provider of banking and accounting services assisting small businesses across Europe and the US. We're seeking a talented Lead Brand Designer to help us drive business growth and success.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team of innovators who are dedicated to making a difference. As the Lead Brand Designer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing visual branding strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with revenue organization to understand marketing goals and develop creative strategies that support those objectives.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and print collateral.
  • Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet business goals.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:

  • A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communication Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
