Das erwartet dich
  • Aufbau eines neuen PMOs und Gestaltung des Thema's Projektmanagement in der WSTW-Gruppe.
  • Aufbau und Durchführung von Service-Dienstleistungen rund um Projektmanagement im Konzern. Unter anderem:
  • Governance: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer konzernweiten PM-Governance betreffend Richtlinien, Prozesse, Methoden, Tools und Berichtswesen
  • Coordination: Sicherstellung einer regelmäßigen Abstimmung zum Aufbau einer PM-Community zur Stärkung der PMOs im Konzern.
  • Coaching: Beratung von konzernübergreifenden Projekten & Programmen beim Setup und in Krisensituationen.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Erstellung und Führung eines Projektportfolio Managements zur Sichtbarmachung, Priorisierung und Überwachung von konzernübergreifenden Projekten & Programmen.
  • Training: Weiterentwicklung der PM-Fortbildungen und –Schulungen.
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT -/ Wirtschafts- oder Projektmanagement-Schwerpunkt (Uni, FH), idealerweise in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Industriewirtschaft oder Projektmanagement.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter für Großprojekte (mind. 3Mio. EUR) im öffentlichen Sektor oder Leiter eines entsprechenden Projektportfolios/PMOs.
  • Ausgezeichnete Skills in MS Office (besonders PowerPoint und Excel) sowie Atlassian (Confluence Jira).
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Integrität, Eigeninitiative, Agilität, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Souveräner Umgang in Abstimmungen und der Kommunikation, insbesondere auf C-Level Ebene.
  • Freude, mit deinen Kolleg*innen Wissen und Erfahrungen zu teilen, und Engagement bei der Entwicklung von junioren Kolleg*innen.

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.485,00 brutto pro Monat, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
