Om stillingen

Som Head of Operations har du det fulde ansvar for vores distributionsforretning. Du vil være ansvarlig for performance, bemanding og omkostninger for operationsteamet, herunder områder som Control Tower, Network, Terminal og ADR Logistik.

Du skal kontinuerligt opretholde et overordnet perspektiv på den daglige produktion for at sikre en effektiv og proaktiv ledelse af driften. Dine ansvarsområder inkluderer blandt andet:

  • Opretholdelse af KPI-niveauer : Sikre, at alle teams opnår de fastsatte mål inden for kvalitet og performance.
  • Effektivt leveringsnetværk : Bidrage til at opretholde og optimere vores leveringsnetværk, så det altid er rustet til at møde distributionsbehovet.
  • Bemanding: Kontinuerligt kortlægge bemandingsbehovet og sikre, at operations-teamet altid har nok oplærte og kompetente ansatte.
  • Udvikling af ledere og medarbejdere: Lede og motivere funktionsledere, gennemføre medarbejderudviklingssamtaler og arbejde for at øge engagementet blandt personalet.
  • Implementering af nye kunder: Sikre at basisdata er opdateret, og at onboarding af nye kunder sker smidigt.
  • Omkostningskontrol og økonomi: Kontrollere lønomkostninger, sikre at budgetterne overholdes, og arbejde proaktivt med optimering af distributionsomkostninger.

Som en del af rollen vil du arbejde tæt sammen med støttefunktioner og afdelinger for at sikre, at vores kunder kontinuerligt modtager et produkt, der overgår deres forventninger til leveringskvalitet og kundeservice. Du vil rapportere direkte til Managing Director Denmark og have det overordnede ansvar for vores distributionsforretning, hvor du sikrer en effektiv udnyttelse af personale til at understøtte den døgnkørende drift.

Derudover vil din rolle også inkludere:

  • Identificering og løsning af flaskehalse i netværksopsætningen.
  • Vedligeholdelse af en stærk og kompetent samarbejdspartnerbase.
  • Indgå strategiske aftaler i samarbejde med Route Management og Quality.
  • Løbende opdatering af eksisterende kontrakter i takt med nye krav.
  • Håndtering af underpræsterende leverandører og sikring af korrekt fakturering til og fra samarbejdspartnere.
  • Overholdelse af tilsynspligt gennem revisioner og audits af transport-leverandører og samarbejdspartnere.

Vi forestiller os, at du kan genkende dig selv i følgende punkter:

  • Solid erfaring inden for operationel ledelse, gerne fra distributions- eller logistikbranchen.
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med personaleledelse og udvikling af teams.
  • Stærke analytiske evner og erfaring med omkostningskontrol og budgettering.
  • Kendskab til transport af farligt gods (ADR) er en fordel.
  • Gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner på tværs af organisatoriske niveauer.
  • Evne til at arbejde proaktivt og drive kontinuerlige forbedringer.
  • Flydende i dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
