At 3Shape, customers are at the heart of everything we do. Within our dynamic Global Marketing team, we seek a strategic and experienced Head of our newly established Creative & Content Hub to lead the integration of creativity, content, and design.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful creativity and content tailored to diverse audiences while ensuring operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the 3Shape brands, developing creative strategies, and driving long-term value creation through innovative concepts, campaigns, and content.

As a key leader in our marketing strategy, you will ensure that content is cohesive across all customer-facing interactions, aligns with 3Shape’s mission, resonates with our audience, and drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration:
  1. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of content creators and designers across Denmark and Ukraine, fostering collaboration and innovation while supporting team development through coaching, training, and professional growth.
  2. Be a core member of the global marketing leadership team, fostering close collaboration to drive shared objectives and achieve joint targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across 3Shape and third-party partners, including external agencies and freelancers, ensuring clear communication, expectations, and feedback loops for effective content delivery.
Content Strategy & Creation:
  1. Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy and plan aligned with 3Shape’s business objectives to enhance the brand and drive customer engagement.
  2. Oversee the production of high-quality, compelling, and modular content across all channels to support customer journeys and business goals, ensuring reusability across regions, languages, and platforms.
  3. Partner with the rest of Global Marketing, Product Management, Regional teams, and other 3Shape teams to ensure content meets strategic priorities and delivers measurable business value.
Creative Leadership:
  1. Lead the creative strategy, vision, and execution to ensure long-term value creation through impactful campaigns and content.
  2. Be the strategist and planner of innovative, creative concepts and campaigns for major initiatives, such as events, product launches, customer lifecycle, and wider 3Shape initiatives.
  3. Drive the initiatives of creative concepts that enable continuous content creation and refreshes, extending the lifespan and efficiency of concepts across 3Shape (e.g., Academy, Social Media, etc.).
  4. Ensure the communication platform and CVI (Corporate Visual Identity) are optimized for consistent and efficient content creation across the organization.
Operational Setup & Efficiency:
  1. Build an operational setup, frameworks, and ways of working that balance flexibility and agility while maintaining high-quality content production that aligns with business priorities and enables efficient delivery.
  2. Continuously improve workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and team performance.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. At least 8 years of in-house or agency experience in a senior creative, strategic planner, or digital marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or medical device sector.
  2. Expertise in creative strategy, development, and content strategy development and execution across multiple channels, including digital (social media, website, email), print, and advertising.
  3. Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years of strong leadership skills to motivate and manage global/multicultural teams of creative professionals, both on-premise and remote.
  4. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments, including Global Marketing, Product Management, and Regional teams, balancing competing priorities, aligning interests, and effectively communicating complex strategies to ensure buy-in and shared vision.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and budgets, delivering quality results on time and within scope.
