Your Responsibilities

1. Moderate and review user-generated content in Nordic languages across various social media platforms
2. Ensure compliance with community guidelines to promote a safe online experience
3. Swiftly identify and report inappropriate content or user behaviors
4. Engage with the online community to encourage positive interactions
5. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving moderation strategies
6. Collaborate with the team remotely to maintain a supportive environment

1. Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (written and spoken) is essential
2. A genuine interest in social media and online communities
3. Experience in content moderation is a plus, but not necessary
4. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
5. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
6. Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
