As Nordic Brand Director your mission is to lead the brand business to outperform the market, build and strengthen the brand equity through the best possible consumer experience in the Nordics. You strategize and deliver sustainable growth based on consumer and market insights with a strong Marketing and Commercial plan, both off- and online. You strive to strengthen and protect brand equity and ensure its consistency in all consumer touchpoints alongside setting the frame and clear investment priorities and guide, develop, and motivate your team to execute a winning plan.

You will…

  • Lead the Vichy brand business in the Nordics, driving growth and market share.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies and communication plans to effectively position Vichy in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch executions and media planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, leading and inspiring a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholders both internally and externally, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on brand objectives.
  • Demonstrate innovation and creativity in developing new product concepts, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand strategies.
  • Set clear objectives, develop actionable plans, and drive the team towards achieving measurable goals.

Your profile...

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar leadership position in the skincare and beauty/dermatological beauty industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and digital and influencer marketing, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated innovation and creativity in developing new ideas and strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on setting and achieving measurable goals.
  • Fluency in English is required, and fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
