Vi søger en engageret Event Trainee til vores danske marketing team. Du vil være med til at forme oplevelser, der inspirerer både nye og eksisterende kunder. Sammen med kollegaer og samarbejdspartnere vil du planlægge og gennemføre events over hele landet, der styrker brandets tilstedeværelse og påvirker kundernes valg.

Du har en passion for at skabe uforglemmelige events og er altid fokuseret på at give kunderne den bedste oplevelse. Du er stærk på eksekvering og har et skarpt øje for detaljen. Du har måske endda interesse for elektrisk mobilitet og bæredygtig teknologi. Polestar er nemlig drevet af en vision om at skabe en mere bæredygtig fremtid.

Du vil primært arbejde på vores kontor, der er placeret i Søborg (København), men også på eventlokationer, hvilket også kan betyde aften- og weekendarbejde. Dine opgaver

Som event trainee vil du spille en central rolle i koordineringen mellem Polestar Danmark, vores Spaces, leverandører og samarbejdspartnere. Du indgår i det danske PR og Marketing team og vil rapportere til vores senior event specialist, som du assisterer med planlægning, koordinering og eksekvering af store og små events.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet inkludere:

  • At deltage i screening, planlægning og afvikling af events, lige fra større branding-partnerskaber til mindre lokale arrangementer.
  • Koordinere praktiske opgaver før og under events i samspil med kollegaer, partnere og leverandører.
  • Forberede briefings til bemanding og coache teamet i løbet af arrangementet.
  • Vedligeholde backend-systemer og logs for at sikre effektive processer.

Du vil blive grundigt oplært og hurtigt blive en nøglespiller i vores team, hvor du får mulighed for at bidrage til det tætte samarbejde i teamet og med vores samarbejdspartnere. Hvert år gennemfører vi en lang række forskellige events og aktiveringer, hvor din indsats vil være afgørende for succes.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi leder efter en person, der er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og god til at holde overblikket – selv når der er mange bolde i luften. Du arbejder effektivt, har en positiv tilgang og evnen til at samarbejde med forskellige teams og partnere.

Vi søger dig, der ideelt:

  • Har erfaring med eventeksekvering, enten som team/crew, studentermedhjælper, eller fra et relevant studie, f.eks. med praktikophold som en del af uddannelsen.
  • Er metodisk og tryg ved at arbejde på digitale platforme og i MS Office pakken (især Excel og PowerPoint).
  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk, samt er rutineret i engelsk af hensyn til samarbejdet med partnere og vores hovedkontor i Sverige.
