Job Description

We are seeking consultants to strengthen our Sourcing, IT Strategy, and Corporate Services team in Copenhagen.

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven landscape, organisations face unprecedented challenges that demand fresh perspectives on digital and IT strategy, innovative IT, organisational design, and successful IT transformations. We work closely with our clients to unlock the potential of new technologies and digital services across both the private and the public sectors.

We help our clients to solve complex IT and sourcing challenges, providing solutions to drive innovation and build efficient organisations. We design integrated and forward-thinking approaches to build the tech strategies and organisations which are needed today – and for tomorrow. Whether it’s IT strategy, operating model design, outsourcing strategies or legacy technology, or underperforming IT functions – we help our clients get things on track.

Our expertise spans across following key services:

  • Executive management advisory on Digital and IT strategy.
  • Mature and enhance the IT organisation via design and implementation of a balanced IT operating model.
  • Digital and IT transformation via programme designs and solid deliveries.
  • Modernisation and replacement of enterprise platforms (like ERP and CRM) or other complex business solutions.
  • IT-sourcing strategy and tender execution.
  • IT-contract and vendor management and IT-service transitions.
  • Driving IT merges and separation programs.
  • Sustainable IT.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for candidates with diverse skill sets and experience with one or more of the above-mentioned areas.

We think you will be a great fit if:

  • You have relevant experience with one or more of the following: Digital and IT strategy, operating model, sourcing, or transformation.
  • Are passionate about IT and digital trends and have a good understanding of corporate processes.
  • You have previous consultancy experience.
  • Are motivated by analytical work and taking on an advisory role.
  • Have experience with project management or aspire to gain it.
  • You are energetic, passionate, and positive with a commitment to delivering excellence in all circumstances.
  • You are a team player who understands that we achieve stronger results together than as individuals.
  • You have a master’s degree with strong academic achievements.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both Danish and English, in writing and speaking.
