About the job

As Tender Manager in our Parallel Import (PI) Hospital segment, you will be crucial in maintaining and developing our hospital product portfolio. This segment primarily involves handling public tenders. You will oversee your own markets and collaborate closely with colleagues in Purchase, Portfolio Development, Portfolio Management, and Sales.

Additional key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Playing a vital role in the bidding process, with the opportunity to significantly influence outcomes
  • Engaging directly with major customers
  • Preparing for large tenders and ensuring that our products reach customers on time
  • Continuously analysing data proactively to identify and capitalize on opportunities with a commercial mindset.

You will report to the Department Manager of Hospital & Business Development, Bent Poulsen, in this position.

Who are you?

We imagine you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or similar. While experience in trading, procurement, or product management is preferred, it is not a requirement. However, experience in a larger, international organization and cross-organizational expertise would be beneficial.

As a professional who communicates with many internal and external stakeholders, you possess great interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Your result-orientated approach and keen eye for detail enable you to continuously pursue opportunities and achieve good results. Furthermore, your high analytical abilities allow you to focus on customer needs and commercial opportunities.

As a person, you are a team player with a positive attitude, who thrives in a dynamic environment, where managing multiple projects and being adept at navigating unforeseen challenges is important.

Job Location

The position is located in Odense and offers a flexible work arrangement: 3 days at the office and 2 days remotely.
