Project Manager Offshore Wind Service Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our offshore wind service projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, service leads, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success
  • Lead on quotations and execution, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met
  • Prepare jobs, including risk assessments, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and development within the renewable service sector

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the offshore industry
  • Higher technical education and fluency in English, with Danish and/or German an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to plan and deliver projects to time and budget
  • A structured and flexible approach, with a strong focus on safety and quality
