Process Manager, Process Excellence - Global Operations

Are you passionate about business processes and systems (ERP, OMS, TMS, POS)? Are you looking for an opportunity to implement best practice operational processes in the world’s largest jewellery company and a chance to become part of a global organisation characterised by inclusion, diversity and ambition? Then read on

At Pandora, we are currently embarking on an exciting digital journey. This is a great opportunity to develop your career, build new capabilities, and contribute to the future growth of Pandora.

Business area responsibilities

To support Pandora's growth strategy, this position is key in implementing and testing best-practice operational processes and ensuring global process alignment within all new system implementations across our value chain responsibility.

You will support the operational business by acting as the bridge between business and digital & tech. You will gather an understanding of the Distribution & Wholesale value chain as well as the systems used such as WMS, TMS, OMS, POS, and especially ERP. You will need to demonstrate a good level of self-awareness when dealing with others and build effective relationships with all members of the programme, including members from other departments and local markets.

Other key accountabilities include:

  1. ERP business area responsibilities and deliveries such as requirement gathering, test cases, user acceptance testing, go-live activities.
  2. Participation in ERP roll-out as well as support to OMS, WMS, and TMS roll-outs and changes.
  3. Stakeholder management, internal as well as external.
  4. Manage hands-on work with designing, testing, and delivering changes to processes.
  5. Process documentation.
  6. Perform reviews of processes and systems together with customers to understand problems and current challenges.
  7. Prepare and facilitate workshops online and onsite around the world.

Humble, hungry and people-smart

To succeed in this role, you need to have a high personal drive, be a team player, and be motivated to be part of the Process Excellence team. You need to understand business processes and systems and specifically have a cross value chain business understanding (between Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail). You need solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and you need to be able to collaborate cross-functionally. We imagine you have experience from a global organisation, potentially by living abroad, and ideally it is from a global Manufacturing, Distribution or retail company. Furthermore, we hope you can demonstrate some of the following:

  1. 5+ years of experience working within Process Management, Project Management or the business side of system roll-outs, ERP testing (WMS, OMS, POS, ERP).
  2. Potential relevant experience from another area within Pandora.
  3. ERP experience with tier one vendors, preferably Microsoft AX or SAP.
  4. A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or similar.
  5. Basic project management skills including workshop facilitation.
  6. Medium/high level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
  7. Some Agile training, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, Prince2, is a plus.
