Logistics Process and Training Manager

We are currently looking for a Logistics Process and Training Manager to join our “Adherence & Trainings” team in Copenhagen, Denmark to reinforce our footstep in SATAIR company management system.
The core team is situated in Hamburg, Germany managing together with the process team 10 global warehouse. We are responsible for the global process governance, process adherence and training concept on a journey to foster, harmonize and improve the processes at the heart of our company.
What is the job about
You will work closely with the Copenhagen Process team and be responsible on the SATAIR channel particularly, aligning for the team with multiple stakeholders.
Project Management and MFT support in different constellations including harmonization initiatives as well as subcontracting.
Acting as Process Manager on logistics processes to build, improve and formalize the different process activities from goods receipt up to shipping.
Identify opportunities for improvement supported by process mapping and other adequate tools.
Define the way of work aligned to external authorities and regulation requirements, company rules, methods and tools within the overall process architecture (interface to process architects).
How you will contribute to the team
You will be our team's representative for the SATAIR process landscape and training concept. Your ability to lead, collaborate and communicate will help you to manage subjects with different stakeholders in a complex and fast changing environment. In striving for an optimized solution you secure the link with the core team and bring in your inputs.
The ideal candidate would have experience working within the field of process or project management.
An excellent command of both written and spoken English at negotiation level will be a must.
Ideally, you are self-driven and can work independently and you would be a strong and experienced communicator on all levels of an organisation as these skills would enable you to excel within the role.
