Om jobbet
I DEAS Group har vi mange spændende bygningsporteføljer i administration og drift. Det betyder også, at vi har en masse spændende opgaver, som vi har brug for din ekspertise og faglighed til at løse. Som Project Manager, kommer du til at spille en central og vigtig rolle, når det kommer til at sikre den bedste byggetekniske rådgivning indenfor renoveringsprojekter i porteføljen.

Du vil blive en del af et team bestående af 10 dygtige og engagerede kollegaer, der alle arbejder indenfor byggeri og ejendomme. Vi arbejder tæt sammen og giver hinanden sparring på tværs af projekterne. Teamet består af konstruktører, ingeniører, arkitekt og andre teknisk uddannede. Tilsammen har vi en bred kompetence indenfor byggeri og er både nyuddannede og erfarne folk. Sammen vil I arbejde med renovering af bygninger overalt på Sjælland.

Dine opgaver vil variere, men bl.a. være projektledelse af:

  • Tag- og vinduesudskiftninger
  • Udarbejdelse af udbudsmateriale, samt afholdelse af udbud
  • Kommunikation med bygherrer, ejendomsansvarlige og entreprenører samt styring af entrepriser
  • Afrapportering til investorer og bygningsejere
  • Byggestyring, byggeandragender og byggeregnskab
  • Gennemgang af bygninger og udarbejdelse af tilstandsrapporter
  • Bistå kollegaer med fagligt input omkring byggetekniske vurderinger samt budgetlægning

Hvem er du?
Vi ser gerne, at du f.eks. er uddannet ingeniør, eller bygningskonstruktør evt. med en håndværksmæssig baggrund eller fra en arkitekttegnestue og erfaring med projektledelse og projektstyring. For at få succes i jobbet er det vigtigt, at du har en struktureret og faglig tilgang til løsning af udfordringer samt fokus på kommunikation og relationer med kunder og samarbejdspartnere. Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med og har lyst til at gøre en forskel inden for bæredygtighed, bl.a. ifm. materialevalg, samt er vant til at tænke i bæredygtige løsninger.
