Vi søger en erfaren Project Manager til at drive vores kunders Dynamics Business Central projekter sikkert i mål. Du vil få ansvaret for at lede vores kundeprojekter fra start til slut i tæt samarbejde med konsulenter, udviklere og vores sælgere, og du spiller derfor en helt afgørende rolle for vores succes.

Du bliver en del af vores Project Team, der foruden dig tæller to andre projektledere. Teamet er karakteriseret ved en meget høj faglighed og et velfunderet metodeapparat, hvor fokus er på den gode løsning - leveret til estimeret tid og med kunden i fokus hele vejen igennem processen.

Med udgangspunkt i ECIT Consultings dybe branchekendskab er du med til at levere effektive, integrerede og standardiserede løsninger, der er nemme at implementere og som forenkler hverdagen for vores kunder.

Vi forestiller os at du:

  • Har minimum 3 års erfaring med projektledelse af ERP-løsninger fra Microsoft
  • Enten har erfaring med eller kan se fordelene i at arbejde på flere projekter på samme tid, idet vores projekter strækker sig tidsmæssigt over længere perioder
  • Er kommercielt orienteret og er i stand til at afdække kundernes behov, så du altid sikrer en god forventningsafstemning hos både kunder og internt i leverancen
  • Har et skarpt overblik, men også øje for detaljen
  • Er god til at kommunikere skriftligt og mundtligt på dansk og engelsk
  • Er struktureret og kan se fordelene i at benytte dig af forskellige projektledelsesdiscipliner afhængigt af projektet og kunden
  • Har stærke forhandlingsevner og ved hvornår du skal stå fast og hvornår du skal give plads
  • Kan være coachende og understøttende uden at være irettesættende
  • Er god til at skabe følgeskab
  • Er i stand til selv at identificere, kvalificere og prioritere opgaver på egne og andres vegne
  • Har gennemslagskraft og finder det naturligt at tage styringen når det er nødvendigt
