Role Description

As a key member of the Global Rewards team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equity compensation strategies, conducting global remuneration benchmarks, and designing new variable pay schemes. You will also prepare and present detailed reports and analyses for the Remuneration Committee and Board, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.

Reporting to the Vice President of Global People Operations, you will collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align remuneration strategies with business objectives and monitor trends in executive compensation to maintain competitive positioning. Based in LEO Pharma headquarters in Denmark, you will manage the annual compensation review process for executives and advise on the design and implementation of executive incentive plans.

Your role

  1. Responsible for the Remuneration Committee annual wheel, remuneration committee agenda and materials
  2. Ensure that LEO Pharma's equity and incentive compensation plans are designed and implemented in a way that aligns with LEO Pharma's goals and objectives and complies with regulatory requirements
  3. Provide Remuneration Committee with recommendations for executive rewards
  4. Develop and implement equity compensation strategies
  5. Conduct global remuneration benchmarks and design new variable pay schemes
  6. Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses for the Remuneration Committee and Board
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards
  8. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align remuneration strategies with business objectives
  9. Monitor and analyze trends in executive compensation to ensure competitive positioning
  10. Manage the annual compensation review process for executives
  11. Advise on the design, drive implementation, and ongoing evaluation and review of executive incentive plans
  12. Design, implement, and ongoing evaluation and review of performance-based incentive plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and communicate the equity and incentive compensation plans to employees

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  1. M.Sc. in Business Administration, HRM, or similar
  2. Experience in global Rewards/Compensation & Benefits from a consultancy or a multinational, listed company
  3. Experience with Executive remuneration and RemCo
  4. Exceptional skills in creating and delivering presentations
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proficiency in using HR and compensation management software
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  9. Strong understanding of global compensation trends and practices
