  • Managing internal communication regarding Area objectives, updates, strategy, and events to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Overseeing the Area calendar and Annual Wheel, including planning, booking, and coordinating management meetings, area offsites, events, and team-building activities.
  • Managing and coordinating capacity planning across the area, including external consultants.
  • Supporting business planning and strategy execution.

What we scout for

To succeed in the role, we imagine you meet most of the following:

  • Master's degree, or equivalent in relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience from a similar position and proven skills within project management, leadership support, strategy development, and/or consulting.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, as well as comfort and skill presenting to stakeholders.
  • Proven affinity for working with numbers; preferable experience with budget controlling.
  • Experience and/or interest working in a creative sector, such as design.

As a person, you demonstrate engagement, empathy for others, and have great communication skills. You are self-driven by nature, comfortable taking initiative, and structured ensuring successful and simultaneous balancing of multiple tasks.

The team waiting for you

You will join the newly established Design Hub (a unit in Digital, Data & IT), and become part of the Design Hub Leadership Team.
