If so, you might be our new Site Finance Business Partner for our sites in Akafa (south of Aalborg) and Hoco (Holstebro).

How you will make an impact

As a Site Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in addressing the strategic challenges and shaping directions for our two dairies in close collaboration with the Site Directors and leadership teams. Your responsibility will be instrumental in analysing and supporting the site performance, driving improvements, and identifying continuous growth opportunities. You will have the opportunity to develop and challenge performance and processes, thereby contributing to the overall success of our production.

One of the key responsibilities of this role is to act as a business partner on financial and strategic matters, ensuring alignment between corporate and local goals and focus areas. You will have the autonomy to implement best practices and provide necessary facts, financial analysis, and business cases, ultimately shaping an efficient production environment. Additionally, you will be the key person in establishing clarity and consistency between the finance organization and the operational business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Create a clear picture of the actual and future performance throughout the organization and ensure strong ownership and understanding of the site performance.
  2. Act as a consultant on financial and strategic challenges ensuring all relevant facts are on the table and provide financial analyses and drive the financial evaluation of business cases.
  3. Act as the ultimate owner of site numbers: Ensure updated forecasts, transparency, and consistency in numbers to enable effective and forward-looking performance dialogue.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact between support functions and critical business functions, offering trusted financial guidance and direction.
  5. Be a part of the leadership team on Akafa and Hoco.

In this role, stakeholder management and collaboration are essential to create a trustful work environment that enables the site to perform its best.

What will make you successful

You would likely have a degree in economics or business administration and have 3-4 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or Business Analyst. Familiarity with manufacturing finance is a plus, as is knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions. Expertise in Microsoft Office is expected, and fluency in Danish and English is required.
