Lead end-to-end planning processes within the Performance Finance area

As Performance Finance Manager, you are a key member of the Global Commercial Finance team leading the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) organization. The role is supporting the orchestration of a complex process and ensures transparency and alignment between various stakeholders including members of the ELT, Commercial organization, Clusters, and Corporate Finance. You will be a trusted business partner supporting decision making and driving results to achieve strategic objectives.

Role responsibilities include two key areas:

  1. Support end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the Commercial organization:
  • Plan and coordinate the process from target setting to management reporting
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
  • Provide insights and recommendations throughout the process
  • Ensure high standards of planning and clear story lining toward senior stakeholders
  • Create relevant tools & templates to support processes
  • Support planning transformation projects
Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to the Clusters:
  • Provide insights about performance of dedicated Clusters
  • Act as a sparring partner to drive the business agenda
  • Drive standardisation and correct application of global methodologies and tools
  • Manage ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior management

Furthermore, we are looking for the following competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience within Finance in a large global business with a focus on planning and forecasting
  • A master’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar
  • Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)
  • Experience with data models, CUBEs & Power BI (is a plus)
  • Experience with Hyperion (is a plus)

Global Commercial Finance works shoulder-to-shoulder and partners with the CCO to drive and impact global commercial performance. As a team, we strive to become the preferred advisor to management with a seat at every table and a say in every decision. You will report to the Finance Director, Performance Management.
