The Position
The position, based out of our Center of Excellence in Copenhagen, is part of a diverse and engaged team reporting to the director of Business Finance. As Business Finance Manager:
- You will work as a finance partner to Austria supporting the countries’ Finance & Operations Director.
- You will actively drive business decisions by translating financial data into insights; leveraging business and market understanding to support the country management team and the continued growth of the Business Area.
- You will be responsible for the mid-term financial planning and tracking financial and market performance for your respective country.
- You will be part of driving projects spanning all various countries and ensure best practice sharing.
Qualifications
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a master’s degree in Business, Finance or similar and carry relevant working experience.
- Possess strong personal and analytical skills and take pride in continuously improving your way of working, while being driven by partnering with affiliates in close collaboration with colleagues across the value chain.
- Have a can-do and proactive mindset, approach tasks with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, and are comfortable taking on new responsibilities while identifying opportunities.
- Have strong communication skills, being able to explain complex situations in a concise and simple manner, and enjoy cooperating with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English.
- If you additionally have experience with business intelligence systems (e.g., SAP BO, PowerBI), it would be an advantage.
About the Department
Business Finance acts as the Centre of Excellence for two business areas within the region Europe and Canada covering affiliates: Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Greece and Austria. The team consists of 6 Business Finance Managers working dedicatedly as finance partners to the affiliates and two supporting the Business Area.
