  1. DIT ANSVAR
  • Ad-hoc projekter, herunder prisberegninger, salgsrapporteringer, value chain etc.
  • Assisterer med løbende salgsrapportering med kommentarer
  • Løbende analyser af den samlede forretningsudvikling og i de enkelte afdelinger
  • Måneds- og årsafslutning, herunder klargøring af materiale til revisionen
  • Onboarding i systemer af nye medarbejdere
  • Support og bidrag til budgetansvarlige i afdelingerne (Off Premise, On Premise & Marketing)
  • Løbende opfølgning og drøftelser af økonomi bag Trade Marketing initiativer
  • Bidrager med rettidig og nøjagtig rapportering internt i organisationen og til HQ
  • Designe og implementering af nye arbejdsgange i hele organisationen samt vedligeholde nuværende
  • Udarbejde udkast til månedlig koncernrapportering med input fra de forskellige afdelinger
  • Sikre overensstemmelse med Red Bull Gruppens Controlling guideline
  • Løbende godkende nye salgsaftaler og sikre sammenhæng til systemer
  • Key User i Red Bulls Customer Profit Management system
  • Sikre processen omkring månedsluk i relation til salgskontrakter, herunder have den tætte kontakt med Key Account Manager-teamet
  • Udarbejdelse og videreudvikle rapportering til Leadership Team
  • Ansvarlig for budgetproces og budgetrapportering i Red Bull Danmark

ERFARING

Din viden og ekspertise
der betyder mest for denne rolle:

  • Minimum 4 år erfaring som controller eller anden relevant erfaring (FMCG erfaring er en fordel men ikke et krav)
  • Superbruger af MS Excel, kendskab til SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, BI, Analysis for Office er en fordel men ikke et krav
  • Proaktivt mindset som kan bidrage til udviklingen, og som er med til at opgaver startes og afsluttes indenfor deadline
  • Stærk kommunikator
  • Du har styr på regnskab, særligt i relation til omsætning og hensættelser
