Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile phones, including broken screens, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and software troubleshooting.
  2. Replace defective components and ensure devices are restored to optimal functionality.
  3. Conduct pre- and post-repair testing to guarantee the highest quality of service.
  4. Provide expert advice to customers on device maintenance and care.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in excellent condition.

Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair.
