We are looking for a skilled Product Solution Architect to fill a challenging and versatile role in our new Solution team, with a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that matter, collaborate with top talents, and innovate to shape the future of our product offerings.
INVISIO provides hearing protection, situational awareness, and personal communication. Our products are characterized by the seamless integration of audio, data, and power by interfacing with different communication systems by the end-user across a wide range of operating environments.
About the jobAs a Product Solution Architect at INVISIO, you will drive the solution proposal for our customers from initial engagement to final delivery, ensuring that the customer gets the right solution at the right time.
The Solution team is part of Product Management. It interfaces with both Sales and R&D, with a key responsibility to identify and scope new products and specify solutions. You will work with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions are desirable, feasible, and viable in line with INVISIO's strategy and customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
- Analyse and understand the solution requirements by working with customers, end-users, and specialists.
- Designing the architecture of the solution, including the hardware, software, and network components.
- Lead product solution design with customers, provide proof of concepts, implement projects, and deliver ongoing refinement and enhancement.
- Evaluating various technology options to determine the best fit for the use cases.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, R&D System Architects, and Product Development teams, to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Analyzing and identifying potential short- and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations in the future.
- Being a subject matter expert on our portfolio and industry.
The ideal candidate has a technical background (MSc, BSc) in product development, SW engineering, communication networks, or signal processing.
You are structured and have analytical skills, combined with the ability to understand end-user needs and how they can be addressed in a technical implementation.
Must-have skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the audio-data-power domains.
- Proficiency in designing complex solutions' hardware, software, and communication components.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting different technology solutions.
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks in product design and implementation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- An international mindset and fluency in written and verbal English.

20-30 traveling days per year is expected for this role.
