Som Quality Coordinator bliver du en del af Quality and Compliance afdelingen med 8 kollegaer. Din arbejdsdag vil tage afsæt i administrative opgaver, og kræver gode koordinatorevner. Så er du omhyggelig og struktureret - så er denne stilling måske lige noget for dig.

Du vil opleve et tæt samarbejde i afdelingen og de andre afdelinger i Lemvigh-Müller, herudover vil du få en bred snitflade til leverandører i ind- og udland. Du får arbejdssted på Lemvigh-Müllers lokation i Kolding hvor du er med til at sikre, at alle opgaver bliver fulgt op og tilendebragt.

Primære opgaver og ansvar
  • Sikre produkter overholder lovgivning i tæt samarbejde med Private Label funktionen
  • Sikre kvalitetsdokumentation fra leverandører
  • Deltage i leverandørudvælgelse og -godkendelse
  • Gennemføre Leverandør Risikovurdering
  • Udarbejde overensstemmelseserklæringer
  • Godkende kvalitetsdokumentation til udgangskontrol hos leverandører
  • Udarbejde kvalitetsrapporter til organisationen med tyngde på produktfejl på markedet inden for Private Label

Analytisk og omhyggelig

Som person er du opmærksom og omhyggelig, og du trives med mange forskelligartede arbejdsopgaver der løses ad-hoc. Du formår at holde struktur og arbejder tålmodigt, selv i pressede situationer, og du er bevidst om vigtigheden af de givne deadlines.

Den rette kandidat

Du har evt. en teknisk baggrund som f. eks elinstallatør eller lignede, og du har gerne erfaring fra en lignende stilling.

Du kommer med en mellemlang eller lang videregående uddannelse, og du har en god forretningsforståelse.

Herudover har du:

  • Erfaring med leverandørkontakt i forbindelse outsourcing til underleverandører
  • Kendskab til compliancekrav til produkter
  • Erfaring med at koordinere kvalitetsaktiviteter i forbindelse med nye produkter
  • Koordinere aktiviteter i forbindelse med kvalitetssager der kræver ekstra fokus
  • Høje kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk
