Student Worker to Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our Project Development team at Vattenfall. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our offshore wind projects.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Management: Manage various department meetings through our Operational Rhythm Calendar in Outlook, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Corporate Organization Chart Maintenance: Perform monthly updates on our corporate organization chart via Visio, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
- SharePoint Site Development: Assist in the development and updates of our internal SharePoint sites, enhancing our team's collaboration and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
- Permission Management: Manage permissions and permission groups using Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure access to our systems and data.
- Onboarding Support: Prepare detailed onboarding materials for newly hired employees, facilitating a smooth transition into our team.
- Administrative Support: Provide support with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our team.
- Process Improvement: Continuously develop smarter ways of working, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions.
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or equivalent.
- Interest in Offshore Wind: Passionate about offshore wind and renewable energy, with a desire to contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word) and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Team Player: Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
