Du bliver en del af et fagligt fyrtårn inden for offentlig udbud. Som udbudskonsulent i SKI agerer du også projektleder. Du får ansvaret for at styre udbudsprocessen fra de indledende strategiske beslutninger og frem til kontraktsignering, herunder at sikre kunde- og markedsinddragelse og afklaringer som er centrale for at sikre en kommerciel attraktiv aftale for både leverandører og kunder.

Tag styringen på et strategisk nyt udbud for SKI

Du vil få ansvaret for gennemførelsen og udarbejdelsen af et nyt udbud på rådgivende ingeniører og arkitekter, hvor du bringer din erfaring indenfor udbud og projektstyring i spil. Til projektet vil der også være tilknyttet en ekspert indenfor ingeniørområdet, som du vil komme til at arbejde tæt sammen med.

Når de indledningsvise strategiske afklaringer er lavet, vil du skulle udarbejde udbudsmaterialet – i samarbejde med en intern projektgruppe og en ekstern ekspertgruppe, samt interne specialister inden for udbudsjura, bæredygtighed, markedsanalyse, økonomi og kontraktjura.

Dine primære opgaver vil inkludere:

  • Udarbejdelse af beslutningsgrundlag og udbudsdokumenter
  • Projektledelse af udbudsprocessen
  • Sikre tidsplan, økonomistyring og løbende rapportering
  • Sikre inddragelse og koordinering af input fra interne og eksterne interessenter
  • Sikre afklaring af udbudsretlige og strategiske rammer, samt prioriteringer

Du får muligheden for at følge udbuddet på rådgivende ingeniører helt til kontraktimplementering - en proces, der varer ca. to år. Herefter vil du få ansvaret for et nyt udbud indenfor SKI's aftaleportefølje.

Du er skarp til analyse, struktur og interessehåndtering

Du har stærke analytiske færdigheder, er struktureret og god til at navigere i komplekse processer med mange interessenter. Du arbejder selvstændigt og løsningsorienteret - og trives i et dynamisk miljø.

  • Erfaring med offentlige udbud og projektledelse – gerne fra bygge- og anlægsbranchen.
  • Indgående kendskab til udbudsretlige rammer for offentlige udbud
  • Relevant akademisk uddannelse
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner - både skriftligt og mundtligt
