Join Our Team in Copenhagen
You will be part of our experienced brokerage team in Copenhagen, working alongside colleagues who engage with originators, traders, and consumers in the fast-moving international market. Our Copenhagen office collaborates closely with brokers, execution, and chartering specialists across our teams in Hamburg, Kaunas, Geneva, Barcelona, Dubai, and São Paulo—bringing together more than 10 nationalities.

Copenhagen Merchants Group is continuously developing new services and solutions for our clients. One key initiative is CM Navigator, our web-based market intelligence platform tailored for the agri-commodity industry. As part of the team, you will contribute to the ongoing development and commercial growth of CM Navigator.

Located in Nordhavn, our Copenhagen office offers a modern workspace in an exciting new district, just an 8-minute walk from Orientkaj Metro Station.

Your Role & Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for brokerage and business development within a specific region—such as the Nordics, UK/Ireland, or ARAG. Your tasks will include:

• Brokerage of grains and related commodities.
• Supporting execution and freight operations.
• Providing insights and data for CM Navigator, including price updates, market news, S&D-analyses, and trade flow information.

Who You Are
Ideally, you are an experienced broker in grain or related commodities. Alternatively, you possess strong expertise in agriproducts, market dynamics, and trading networks. If you are not already residing in Denmark/Copenhagen, you are prepared to relocate.

You have a deep understanding of supply and demand fundamentals and are proficient in IT systems, including MS Office, ERP, CRM, PowerBI, or similar platforms. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

The most important thing for us is your personality. If you're not yet an experienced broker, we've found that those who thrive in international brokerage are curious, open-minded, reliable, and excel in social skills—particularly in building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships.
