Om jobbet
Som Business Controller for Bostik/LIP Nordics vil du spille en afgørende rolle i at sikre finansiel gennemsigtighed og understøtte forretningsbeslutninger. Du er ansvarlig for at levere nøjagtige finansielle analyser, drive procesforbedringer og bidrage til at virksomheden opfylder sine økonomiske og operationelle mål. Du vil lede budget- og forecastingprocessen i Norden og sikre, at de er i overensstemmelse med koncernens retningslinjer. Du kommer til at referere til vores CFO og have tæt samarbejde med både operationelle og finansielle teams.

Dine arbejdsopgaver omfatter:

  1. Lede budgetterings- og forecastprocesserne og sikre, at de er realistiske og opnåelige i forhold til virksomhedens mål.
  2. Overvåge og rapportere på nøgletal relateret til produktion, supply chain og back-office.
  3. Være sparringspartner og levere finansielle indsigter til at grundlag for strategiske beslutninger og investeringer samt sikre at omkostninger, produktion og logistik er i overensstemmelse med forretningsmålene.
  4. Udvikle og præsentere månedlige, kvartalsvise og årlige finansielle rapporter, hvor du fremhæver afvigelser, tendenser og risici.
  5. Identificere muligheder for procesoptimering og omkostningsbesparelser, der kan øge vores effektivitet.

Din profil
Vi leder efter en detaljeorienteret og proaktiv kollega, der brænder for at understøtte forretningsbeslutninger gennem præcise analyser og finansielle indsigter.

Du har en Bachelor eller Master i Finance, Accounting, Business Administration eller et lignende område. Du har erfaring fra en lignende rolle og en stærk forståelse for cost accounting, finansiel analyse og budgetteringsprocesser. Du arbejder ubesværet i ERP-systemer og software som SAP, Power BI og Excel. Dit fokus på samarbejde og kommunikation gør at du arbejder effektivt på tværs af funktioner og niveauer for at sikre vores fælles mål.

Vi forventer, at du kan begå dig på engelsk både i skrift og tale. Erfaring og sprogkompetencer fra det nordiske marked er en fordel.

Din base afhænger af din bopæl, og du kan derfor enten være tilknyttet vores Nr. Aaby eller Helsingborg site. Nogen rejseaktivitet til det sekundære site skal forventes.
