Om rollen
Som konsulent i Advisense vil du hjælpe vores kunder med opgaver relateret til compliance og juridiske problemstillinger. Dine opgaver kan fx spænde fra den første dialog med kunden til compliance-overvågning og monitorering af væsentlige aktivitetsområder. Du vil vurdere, om metoder, procedurer, risikohåndtering og lovoverholdelse er tilstrækkelige og tilfredsstillende, samt følge op på den finansielle regulering.

Typiske arbejdsopgaver kan bl.a. inkludere:

  • Sikring af compliance i finansielle virksomheder, herunder udvikling af metoder, procedurer og relevante foranstaltninger.
  • Udarbejdelse af risikovurderinger og årsplaner.
  • Kontroller og analyser.
  • Implementering af nye regelsæt.
  • Opbygning af governance-struktur, herunder processer, metoder og interne retningslinjer.
  • Rapportering til direktioner og bestyrelser.
  • Undervisning af nøglepersoner.
  • Bistand ved Finanstilsynsbesøg.
  • Aktiv deltagelse i kundedialoger med fokus på at aktivere netværk og relationer.

I Advisense arbejder vi tæt sammen på tværs af vores kontorer i Norden og Nordeuropa, samt på vores kontorer i Danmark, herunder København og Århus. Du vil naturligt deltage i "cross-border"-projekter med kolleger fra Stockholm, Malmø, Göteborg, Helsinki, Oslo, Bergen, Bruxelles, Riga og Frankfurt. Dette giver dig en bred berøringsflade med hele organisationen og mulighed for at sætte dit præg på vores interne compliance-dagsorden.

Din profil
Vi forventer, at du har en relevant økonomisk, juridisk eller akademisk uddannelse på kandidatniveau samt praktisk erfaring med risikostyring inden for compliance i den finansielle sektor eller tilsvarende.

Du skal trives med kundekontakt og kunne aktivere dine og Advisense's relationer. Arbejdsopgaver kan inkludere mødeafholdelse, udarbejdelse af tilbud, afholdelse af konferencer/webinarer eller andet proaktivt arbejde.

I rollen vil du opleve stor grad af frihed, hvorfor selvstændighed og naturlig proaktivitet er nødvendige egenskaber.

Vi forventer desuden, at du:

  • Har stærke faglige kvalifikationer inden for styring af finansielle og ikke-finansielle risici.
  • Arbejder grundigt og selvstændigt og kan håndtere ansvar samt frie arbejdsrammer.
  • Har et stort drive, gode samarbejdsevner og et godt humør.
  • Er nysgerrig på ny viden og nye perspektiver.
  • Er ambitiøs og motiveret for at gøre en forskel.
  • Taler og skriver dansk.
  • Engelsk falder dig naturligvis og kan tale det på min. professionelt niveau.
  • Har minimum fire års erfaring inden for complianceområdet.
