Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted compliance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Nurture partnerships with external counsel and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in law or business law from a reputable Nordic institution.
  • At least five years of experience in compliance roles, with added value in areas such as sanctions, compliance, risk management, and GDPR.
  • Track record of successfully implementing and managing compliance projects.
  • Strong business acumen with an emphasis on aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Advisory experience spanning multiple departments, considering the organization's strategy and risk profile.
  • An adaptable team player with a talent for tackling diverse tasks and resolving complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in English, including both spoken and written communication.
