About the Role

As a Senior People Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and service-minded HR operations across our organization. You'll be the go-to expert for HR administration, employee life cycle processes, compliance, and HR system improvements. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality HR support while also identifying opportunities to optimize and standardize the way we work.

This role is for you if you have solid HR experience, understand the complexities of HR processes in a matrix organization, and are comfortable working in a structured yet evolving environment with many stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert day-to-day HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, company policies, and collective and local agreements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and/or improve HR processes and systems, and ensure a smooth transition from HR projects to effective operation
  • Act as an advisor on HR policies and practices

In sum, you'll combine effective HR administration with a service-minded approach towards colleagues, employees, and leaders.

To Thrive in This Role, You Need

  • Extensive experience in HR operations within a Nordic or international matrix organization
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
  • An eye for getting the details right and a highly developed sense of quality
  • Great communication skills and a service-minded approach
  • Fluency in English and Danish (other Nordic languages are a plus)
