ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you a seasoned HR Operations/Recruiting/Labor law professional that is passionate about partnering with the business to deliver results? And/or are you at the beginning of your HR partnering journey as a Generalist/Junior HRBP, aspiring to work in a more senior role?

We are seeking an operationally strong People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at our global headquarters in Gentofte (Copenhagen) to support our Local People & Culture agenda in Sweden and Denmark. In this role, you will be a key driver in the people agenda for East Denmark and Sweden, focusing on building a strong workplace culture, ensuring compliance with local Labor laws, and supporting operational and strategic HR needs.

You will balance day-to-day HR operations with business partnering tasks while helping transform and digitalize processes. You will be part of a diverse and international team in an inclusive environment, offering excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees in East Denmark and Sweden, supporting them with HR-related matters.
  2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and manager development.
  3. Partner with managers to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
  4. Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary actions in compliance with local Labor laws.
  5. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, such as: Drafting contracts and addendums, Managing job postings, onboarding, and terminations, Administering leave processes (e.g. maternity, holidays, sickness).
  6. Maintain and update the HR system (SuccessFactors) and ensure accurate employee records.
  7. Promote a "Self-service" culture by empowering managers and employees to handle routine HR tasks independently.
  8. Collaborate with team members of the P&C Organization to align initiatives and ensure local relevance.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in English (Danish language skills are a bonus).
  3. 4-5 years of professional experience in HR operations with a strong understanding of Danish Labor laws (knowledge of Swedish Labor laws is a plus).
  4. Previous experience as HR Generalist/Junior HRBP is an advantage.
  5. A strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes (salary review, on- & offboarding etc.).
  6. Experience with cloud-based HR platforms e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across different teams.
  8. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges.
