This role is key to our success, as we need someone to lead the implementation of our People Systems. You'll be responsible for finding the right HRIS system, implementing it, and making sure it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems.

Your Role
  • You'll lead the global management of our People Systems, including ATS, LMS, HRIS, Total Rewards, and Employee Listening systems.
  • You'll complete a vendor search for a global HRIS system meeting all business and compliance requirements to be used across all Too Good To Go markets.
  • You'll implement a project plan to transition to the new HRIS system across the company, from data transitioning to training managers and employees on the new system.
  • You'll build and configure the new HRIS, ensuring seamless integration with our existing people systems.
